Sales and Communication Training
Sales and Communication Training can be facilitated at a clients premises. The standard training is a half day package incorporating:
- Developing an understanding of the different behavioural styles using the Extended DISC framework.
- Identifying own styles – Extended DISC Personal Analysis.
- Identifying the styles of others.
- Adjusting our styles for improved communication.
- Adjusting our styles for improved Sales performance.
The aim of the training is to:
- Learn how to identify the behavioural styles of other individuals.
- Develop practical action plans to modify our styles appropriately.
