Enabling critical communications across the country, their aim is to provide seamless and faultless coverage even in the most remote locations. After a period of sustained growth an additional Account Manager is now required to provide the pivotal link for their impressive customer base.



  • Being a “people person” you’ll love proactively contacting customers to ensure a greater level of customer intimacy is achieved.
  • You’ll promote new services through direct contact and make sure your customers know the latest offerings.
  • In the front line; you’ll field all enquires for new orders for any new or unmanaged accounts.
  • Working closely with the Service Delivery Team you’ll also navigate all adds, moves and changes.
  • Escalation management also forms part of your day, as does the conducting of regular customer surveys.
  • When a customer could potential be lost, you’ll initiate the conversation to make an appropriate counteroffer and detail the reason for the need to do so.
  • As a great listener you’ll acknowledge and focus on resolving any customer complaints.
  • Also; taking pride in understanding all products inside and out you’ll provide a refreshing insight to your customers with no question asked too difficult for you to answer.

To be considered:

  • You’ll describe yourself as a “people person”. You’ll simply love dealing with people.
  • A great listener, you’ll be empathetic and able to relate to everyone from “all walks of life”.
  • You’ll be able to demonstrate how you’re calm under pressure and unflappable.  
  • More than likely with one to two years’ experience under your belt you’ll feel you’re ready to take on the next step in your career ~ a step that will set you up for the future.
