As a Senior Business Manager you will be responsible for delivering annual sales targets across the brands with both revenue and margin as key indicators of performance. You’ll drive on point marketing activity which delivers desired results and create channel partner initiatives that disrupt the status quo. Redefining what your customers currently associate with value added services also forms part of your brief as your channel enablement programme takes hold. Your customer’s entire buying experience will on your radar as you inject a new level of service driven by the values you live by and which are mirrored by your team.
With your team collaborating across brands and with empathy for all stakeholders you will encourage a culture of openness and teamwork, ensuring all brands within your remit are represented equally and professionally. Clearly commercial sensitivity and uncompromising ethics are a must in this role. Combined with diplomacy, confidence and the innate ability to operate at all levels across customers and vendor partners you’ll quickly raise the profile of the wider business even further.
Technically astute and agile in your decision making, you’ll take pride and satisfaction in guiding the delivery of each brand strategy delivering outcomes exceeding expectations. Always with your team and the wider business in mind you’ll skilfully be inclusive in your discussions around product segments and how technology can work together to benefit all parties resulting in positive outcomes for all parties.
