Sales and Communication Training

Sales and Communication Training can be facilitated at a clients premises. The standard training is a half day package incorporating:

  • Developing an understanding of the different behavioural styles using the Extended DISC framework.
  • Identifying own styles – Extended DISC Personal Analysis.
  • Identifying the styles of others.
  • Adjusting our styles for improved communication.
  • Adjusting our styles for improved Sales performance.

The aim of the training is to:

  • Learn how to identify the behavioural styles of other individuals.
  • Develop practical action plans to modify our styles appropriately.

Free half day training sessions are available for clients who request Extended DISC Personal Analysis reports for 10 or more people.
