Dave Conaghan started his career in recruitment in the U.K and on returning to New Zealand was responsible for the successful start up of recruitment businesses in both Auckland and Wellington.
Prior to recruitment Dave worked as a Business Consultant for a number of high profile organisations and quickly gained a reputation for providing Best Practice solutions.
Dave can be described as driven, results focused and a “a straight shooter”. He is passionate about companies employing the best staff and will not settle for second best.
Andrea Fergusson
Andrea Fergusson joined Evolution Group as a Talent Manager early 2011 after six years in the Insurance industry.
Her friendly approachable manner along with strong service ethics gives her the ability to listen and understand client and candidates needs.
Andrea particularly enjoys the Personnel interaction recruitment gives along with the opportunity to understand clients businesses and to act as a trusted advisor.
Chrissy Hempseed
Chrissy Hempseed joined Evolution Group as a Talent Manager in 2010 .
Chrissy comes to Evolution Group from a large electronics firm where she was an integral part of a team. Her proactive nature, coupled with her problem solving skills make sure she does everything she can to find the right role for the candidates she represents.
Chrissy has a great sense of humour and listens to what you really want from a role.
